As a seasoned Network Engineer, I bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality network solutions that meet the evolving needs of organisations. My experience spans routing, switching, firewalls, WLAN, LAN and fibre-optic networks.

My operational focus includes first-line and second-line support, proactive troubleshooting, network maintenance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet Service Level Agreement targets and maintain optimal network performance.

In my current role as Technical Enterprise NOC Shift Manager, I am responsible for resource management, stakeholder liaison and understanding client network requirements.

This supports effective transition of technical resources, clear operational priorities and consistent delivery in a demanding network operations environment.

My engineering background spans LAN, WAN and WLAN environments, with practical experience across Cisco, Meraki, Alcatel and SD-WAN. I also work across Ethernet, SoGea, FTTC, ADSL and cellular connectivity, with routing knowledge covering BGP, OSPF, ECMP and MPLS.

Vendor platforms, security and enterprise tooling

My experience includes Cisco Nexus, ISE, Prime and vManager, alongside Alcatel NTU and FortiManager/FortiGate. Security and connectivity responsibilities also include Fortinet, CrowdSec, OPNSense, VPN solutions and network monitoring, supported by CA Spectrum, ServiceNow and Remedy.

I have supported cloud infrastructure including Amazon EC2 and Direct Connect, while developing capability across vManage and Ansible. Combined with strong Linux knowledge, these tools provide a foundation for repeatable, efficient and scalable network operations.
